Own Damage

Own Damage Insurance is cover for your own truck and trailer. This coverage is for repair or replacement for damage resulting from things such as collision, fire, theft, hail, windstorm, earthquake, flood, etc to your own vehicles. This coverage may be required by the financial institution if the vehicle/s is under an HP agreement.

Theft/Hijack Cover

Theft or Hijack cover is cover for your truck and trailer in the event of theft or hijacking of the entire heavy commercial vehicle or trailer and parts from the vehicle and trailer, like tyres etc.

Motor Third Party

Liability Motor Third Party Liability insurance covers material and non-material damages caused to third parties. When your vehicle causes an accident you will be held liable for any third party damages.

Third Party, Fire and Theft cover will only cover you against Third partly liability, Fire and Theft or Hijack situations and does not include own damage cover.

GIT (Goods In Transit) Insurance

Goods in transit insurance cover property against loss or damage while it is in transit from one place to another or being stored during a journey. Goods in Transit insurance also protects the Transport operator for his responsibility in the event of damaged or lost freight. You can take GIT insurance out for goods being distributed in your own vehicle or by a third-party carrier.

Your Goods in Transit or GIT Insurance policy will protect you from:

• Loss (while in transit)
• Damage caused by accidents during transit
• Damage caused during transit
