  4. Getting fit with the ladies at Curves
  5. Boot camping at Adventure Boot Camp
  6. Intensifying your training at S.W.E.A.T. 1000 or BUC
  7. Getting functional at selected CrossFit affiliates
  8. Playing a registered round of golf through Handicaps Network Africa
  9. Recording a workout using a fitness device or app that you have linked to Vitality
  10. A workout at a facility with the Vitality iPad application
  11. Uploading a workout using the ‘Workout tracker
