I have been with Vision since 2016 and oversee the Fiduciary Services Division that includes the setting up of trusts and wills, managing and administration of estates and provide further legal consultation services where required.

I am an Advocate of Western Cape High Court with a LLB degree and an accredited Mediator with corporate background with a focus on Human Resources and Company Law.

I specialised my studies in The Law of Competitions and Trademarks; Legal Aspects of Electronic Commerce (Script: “An analysis of the legality of contracting by short message service (sms)”); South African Law of International Trade; Company Law

I live by my mantra ‘Life is beautiful’ that has evolved in meaning for me over the years. I believe that we should try to live for the good and that we are more in control of our destiny than we sometimes want to admit. You CAN make the most of life irrespective of your circumstances.
